Yes! Even if it’s raining, the food still tastes good! We do suggest you check the weather before you head out for your tour so that you may dress appropriately. In the event of severe weather, we will call to reschedule your tour.
When you purchase your tickets, please let us know if you (or anyone in your group) has special dietary needs. As long as we know in advance, we can accommodate most requests.
Yes! We love our military. Give us a call at 706-315-8824 and ask about our military discount code.
No. We start in one location and end in another. On your guide sheet, you’ll have detailed instructions on how to return to our starting point. You can always ask your friendly tour guide. He or she will be happy to help you.
No. Tickets are sold through our client, EzTix. They may be purchased online or over the telephone (1-800-656-0713). Payment methods accepted are Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Discover.
Yes. Tickets must be purchased in advance. Columbus Eats tickets sell out quickly. To ensure you get tickets for the date you want, we advise you to purchase your tickets well in advance.
Yes. There are several public parking garages within one block of our starting point. There is also free on-street parking, if you’re lucky enough to find a spot.
•Uptown Food Tour – While the sample portions are smaller than what they are if you were to order the dish in the restaurant, with five tastings, it is enough to serve as lunch.
•Happy Hour Tour – You will be served light appetizers only, as the focus of this tour is on specialty drinks. After the tour ends, it is our hope is that you return to one of our delicious tasting locations for dinner.
•Uptown Food Tour – The tour is three hours long and we cover approximately 2.5 miles. While most of the land is flat, we experience a couple of moderate inclines. We will be walking or standing the majority of the time. There are resting points on the tour, where you may sit down, totaling 40 minutes. Check out a video of our route!
•Happy Hour Tour – The walk is an easy, flat 1 mile or less. This tour is 1.5 hours in length.
•Uptown Food Tour – Columbus Eats will help direct any of our guests who are using a wheelchair or stroller to ensure safety. We want everyone to stay safe and enjoy the tour.
•Happy Hour Tour – This tour is wheelchair accessible and we will direct our participants to ensure safety. Strollers will not be allowed on this tour, as we will be visiting locations that require participants to be 21 years of age or older.
Yes, Columbus Eats gift certificates are available! Just visit Gift Certificates and purchase as many to cover the amount of tickets you’d like. After your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail with your gift certificate code. Then, use the code when purchasing your tickets.
Yes, our tour guides graciously accept gratuities. However, it is not mandatory.
The standard gratuity rate for the service industry is 15%.
Yes, at select tasting locations you will have the opportunity to use the restroom.
Unfortunately no. Our tours run on a very regimented schedule which allows no extra time for shopping. We cordially invite you to return to all our awesome locations after the tour and you can shop ’til you drop!
